Kimi Raikkonen paid 200,000.00 euros for the 1974 Chevrolet Corvette of Sharon Stone. The Corvette of the actress is just one of the many cars offered at the Monaco Grand Prix charity auction. Stone’s car reportedly has only four miles on the clock and was one of the top showcase at the Monaco auction. The auction for the benefit of Elton John’s foundation wasn’t just solely dedicated to cars. Other items were offered as well. Indian billionaire Vijay Mallya, the co-owner of the India Formula One team paid 226,000 euros for the concert piano that was used by Elton John to write his ‘Songs from the West Coast’ album in 2001. Mallya also donated something for the cause. The billionaire donated a one-week cruise on his 95 meter ‘Indian Express’, one of the largest privately-owner yachts in the world. The cruise goes under the hammer for 375,000 to a private bidder. The auction raised more than 1 million euros.
